What are your shipping charges?
All packages are packed with care and sent via ups. Packages will arrive 5-7 days after purchased. Shipping costs are shown below:
1-2 shirts $5.95
3-5 shirts 9.95
6-8 shirts 14.95
9-11 shirts 19.95
12-14 shirts 26.95
Do you ship to an address outside the US?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Do you collect sales tax?
As a business located in the state of new mexico, we are required to collect sales tax on any order shipped to a new mexico address. If your "ship to" address is in new mexico, we must collect state tax. If your "ship to" address is outside of new mexico, you will not be charged sales tax.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders within two business days via UPS. Orders received over the weekend or outside traditional business hours will be processed the next business day. Once we ship your order, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your order online. All orders should arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date.
Do I need to set up an account to order online?
Yes, we need you to log in in order to process your order.
When will my back order arrive?
We will notify you if an item you ordered is not currently in stock. at that time, we will be able to give you an estimate shipping date. We will not charge you a separate shipping fee for any back ordered items.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first. We will email you a return form, which can be filled out and mailed back to us (along with the unwashed, unworn product) within 14 days of the shipping date. We will refund your purchase price and any taxes paid, but we are not able to refund shipping fees. Refunds and exchanges will take 14 days to process.
What is the best way to care for the tees?
For optimum care of you shirts, we recommend you wash them in cold water and tumble dry on medium. Our shirts are pre-shrunk, so they will not shrink when washed.
What are your privacy and security policies?
We have a strict privacy policy and we will not share you information with anyone.
